Kansai Photo Contest
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all participants who enter the “Airbnb Navi Kansai Photo Contest” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) organized by CCCMK Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).Please read these Terms carefully and only enter if you fully agree to all conditions. By submitting an entry to the Contest, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. In such cases, the revised Terms shall become effective upon publication, and participants are responsible for checking the latest version.

１．Application Period
September 1 (Mon), 2025 – September 30 (Tue), 2025

２．Eligibility
- Those who own an Instagram account (hereinafter referred to as “Instagram”).
- Those who agree to all of these Terms and Conditions.
- Note: The same applicant may not enter using multiple accounts.
- Note: Applicants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before entering. If an applicant under 18 enters, it will be deemed that such consent has been obtained.

３．Entry Method
- STEP 1: Follow the official Airbnb Navi Instagram account (@airb_navi).
- STEP 2: Post a photo taken by yourself in the Kansai area, such as a memorable moment or a recommended spot, and include ① the hashtag “#truekansai,” ② a mention of the official Airbnb Navi Instagram account “@airb_navi.”
- Note: The hashtag and mention must be included in the caption. Posts with hashtags or mentions only in the comment section will not be eligible.
- Note: Entries will not be eligible if the Instagram account is set to “private,” or if the post/account is deleted after the entry period ends.
- Note: The “Kansai area” refers to the following prefectures:
Fukui, Mie, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Tottori, and Tokushima.

４．Photo Requirements
- ・Submitted photos must be original works taken by the applicant.
- ・Photos that have been submitted to and won awards in other photo contests are not eligible.
- ・By entering, applicants represent and warrant to the Organizer that they hold the legitimate rights to submit the posted data and that such data does not infringe any rights of third parties.

５．Awards and Prizes
The names of the awards, number of winners, and prizes for this contest are as follows:

- ・Each award will be determined through a careful selection and judging process from among the submitted entries.
- ・Airbnb coupons have an expiration date. (Expiration date: June 30, 2026)
- ・Please note that the expiration date of the Airbnb coupons is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.

６．Announcement of Winners
- ・After the entry deadline, winners will be selected through a careful judging process from among all eligible entries.
- ・The results of the Contest will be announced on the Airbnb Navi homepage and winners will also be notified via direct message (DM) from the official Airbnb Navi Instagram account around mid-October 2025.
- ・Details on how to use each prize, including coupon codes, will be provided via direct message.
- ・If the direct message cannot be delivered, the prize will be awarded to another applicant as a substitute winner. Please note this in advance.
- ・An Awards Page will also be published in mid-October 2025.

７．Disclaimer
(1) Disclaimer
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damage, expenses, disputes between applicants, or claims by third parties arising from participation in or winning of this Contest. The Organizer may, without prior notice to applicants, change or cancel all or part of the Contest. Furthermore, if deemed necessary, the Organizer may revise these Terms without prior notice or take any measures necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Contest.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for any trouble or damages arising from the use of this Contest, regardless of cause. Please note that internet connection fees and communication costs related to entry shall be borne by the applicant.
(2) Suspension or Cancellation of the Contest
- In the event that provision of the Contest becomes impossible due to disasters, power outages, operational or technical reasons, or system malfunctions, the Organizer may temporarily suspend or cancel the Contest without prior notice to applicants. Even if delays, suspensions, or cancellations occur for other reasons, the Organizer shall bear no liability for any damages incurred by applicants or third parties as a result.
(3) Submitted Entries
- Applicants represent and warrant that their submitted entries (hereinafter, “Entries”) do not infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and portrait rights.
- Entries that do not match the contest theme, violate public order or morality, may infringe upon the rights of third parties, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Organizer will not be eligible. If fraudulent methods of entry are identified, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the entry.
(4) Copyright
- The copyright of the submitted entry data belongs to the applicant. However, applicants agree that the Organizer may use such data free of charge and without limitation for purposes including but not limited to editing, reproduction, modification, adaptation, reprinting, and sublicensing, in connection with the Airbnb Navi website, the official Airbnb Navi Instagram account (@airb_navi), posters, leaflets, and other promotional materials managed by the Organizer.
(5) Prohibition of Transfer of Rights
- Rights obtained through winning may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- If a winner shares the designated input form with others, the award will be invalidated.
(6) Cooperation with Instagram
- This Contest is conducted in conjunction with services provided by Instagram. In addition to these Terms, the Instagram Terms of Service and any other rules set by Instagram (hereinafter, “Instagram Terms”) shall also apply to Instagram users. Please review the Instagram Terms as well.

８．Handling of Personal Information
- The Organizer will obtain information provided upon winning, as well as the applicant’s Instagram account ID and other information related to the applicant’s Instagram account.
- The Organizer will use the information obtained from applicants solely within the scope necessary for conducting the drawing, notifying winners, and responding to inquiries.
